2.  The Broadcast: The orb broadcasts a single, perfect message in flawless, ancient Aramaic: Psalm one seventeen. "O praise the Lord, all you nations: praise him, all you people. For his merciful kindness is great toward us: and the truth of the Lord endures forever. Praise the Lord."
